ABOUT THE VILLA
This 3 bedroom holiday home can sleep up to 7 people plus a toddler/baby comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, music room with grand piano, marble staircase, bathroom, wetroom and laundry area set over 2 floors. The large south facing terrace overlooks the 8m x 4m private swimming pool.
The Vila has tiled floors throughout and has mosquito nets on most windows.
There are shutters on the upstairs windows, which if closed during the hottest part of the day – keep the rooms cooler.
There is air conditioning in the main living room and music room. The villa is serviced with mains electricity but the gas is by Calor Gas and the bottles should they need replacing are in the first metal door next to the boiler room.
The sewage drains go into our own septic tank. To try and keep the micro organisms in the tank healthy and happy please don't flush any thing other than toilet roll and don't use bleach to clean. This alters the bacteria in the tank and causes it to overflow.!
The Lobby
The entrance is at the back of the property. This is an excellent place to put shoes and coats. A relaxing area to read with the door open.

Oak bench with hand basin and dressing area.
Bedroom 3
A double bedroom that can be either a king or 2 single beds.
Music room
A large room with a Forster Grand Piano, 2 large settees and air conditioning.
Laundry room
Butler sink, washing machine and ceiling clothes airer.

Newly refurbished wet room with toilet, sink and shower.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven. Wooden breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Lounge
Bright airy open plan lounge with large settee and arm chairs. Includes dining area with seating for up to 8. TV with DVD player, fireplace.
Bedroom 2
Contains bunk bed and single bed upon request. North facing window.
Master bedroom
Kingsize bed with west-facing window and large wardobes.
Terrace
French doors leading to large south facing terrace and steps to garden. Overlooks fields and pool.
